30 HIV and gonorrhoea

Hi I’m 30M in UK HIV positive undetectable , now 20 back I’m tested positive for gonorrhea , it’s making my lymph nodes swollen at my left groin , I immediately get scanned and it’s nearly 16mm size ,and I got treated with cefotroxidine around a week back , the pain at my groin is bit settled down but the size of the lump remains Same , my anxiety and stress eating over me , I’m not even eating properly with this stress and tension ,lost 1.5 kg weight to in 3 weeks , I need someone who got experienced the same to know what’s gonna happen actually,please help me up
