If your ‘Church’ isn’t teaching against sexual immorality - sorry, it’s not a true Church of Christ…..

As Christians, our ‘identity’ is to be found in Christ. Our body is a Temple to The Holy Spirit…..we are not permitted, NONE of us, to live in a state of unrepentant sin, for most of us that means in a state of sexual immorality. Otherwise, His whole Ministry was useless.

I say this in a spirit of contemplation, NOT condemnation. After all it was The Divine Counsellor who said: I come to forgive, not to condemn. So He is the God of Compassion, Love and Forgiveness for NOW. He will return as He promised, to be the One and Only Just and Righteous Judge.

That’s why, in my humble opinion, the only True Church is the One founded by Jesus Christ Himself…..the Catholic Church. Please hear me out: Even though The Institution is extremely flawed….after all, it is run by humans…..and we all err (spectacularly sometimes - but they too shall have their day of reckoning with The Most High unless they repent of their ways)….it is ‘The Bride of Christ’ which, through the guidance of the Holy Spirit, remains TRUE to His Doctrine. Essentially it maintains that His Perfect Will and Law do not change and we must strive to live righteous - not twist or change His Will and Law to suit ourselves or our ‘lifestyle choices’.

I finish with this: He, the Sinless and Blameless One, willingly went to The Cross….left that Perfect and Peaceful Paradise, to suffer the most tortuous physical, spiritual and emotional death - paid with His Divine Body and Blood 🩸- to link us back to God. To prepare a place for us with Him in Heaven. Now He asks, are we willing to ‘pick up our cross daily and follow Him’ through the ‘narrow gate’? Or do we still willingly wish to offend Him and The Heavenly Court? The choice is ours.

This given by a shocking sinner (brought back to Faith by an ex-atheist), who is striving daily to live virtuous…..and who was in most need of His Mercy!

I pray He immerses all of us with His Waterfalls of Grace, Clarity, Love and Hope 🙏🏼💕
