When do tenders run when offshore at Sorrento

We're thinking of booking with Emerald in October. Has anyone done their Athens to Rome cruise? We're wondering, when their ship is offshore at Sorrento, how many times per day the tenders might run and do they stop running at sunset? Thanks for any advice. It's our first ocean cruise
