I seriously struggle with budgeting not because I'm bad with money but because I can't visualize it right lmao

Basically what the title says lol. I'm very responsible with money and have a lot of great financial habits, but I really struggle with budgeting because I can't visualize my money in groups well lmfao. Like all these spreadsheets and apps I see are great, but my biggest qualm is the money in my savings account doesn't change (obviously). Like I can say I'm budgeting $1500 for car expenses but that money is just sitting in the same savings pile it usually does if that makes sense. It doesn't "leave" my savings account and go into a separate bucket to make sure I don't touch that money. I wish I could just have a savings account for every single budget category but that isn't reasonable considering the amount of things I'd want to budget for. Maybe I'm literally insane and this is seriously just a personal skill issue but I'm curious if anyone has any tips for this lol. How does everyone keep track of their finances if it's not all physically separated out??? and YEAH I KNOW THIS IS KIND OF A DUMB ISSUE but I really want to be able to reliably budget my money and would appreciate tips!!
