Lowered my bill and now my internet speed sucks

I switched my service to Gigabit speeds the other day and now I am lucky to get 5 mbps down on any device I own. Customer service can't seem to help me, and resetting the router doesn't work. I used to get 1000 down easily on the same plan before the bill change.

Another reminder why I hate Comcast...
