I’m desperate for some advice

I need some serious help. An old friend is spiritually spying on me and cursed me. Every time I break it she curses me AGAIN. It’s harming me and my loved ones physically and mentally. She’s blocking me from any protection spells or rituals. All the things I use for protection are doing the opposite besides moon water from the wolf moon and my necklace of my dad’s ashes. All I can do is push through and not let her distractions keep me from my goals but she just won’t stop.
