Cat won’t stop spraying

My 6 month old male spayed kitten will not stop spraying on my boyfriends clothes. I can afford going to the vet but vets are still super expensive and would love to avoid it since this just seems like a behaviour issue. He peed on his clothes on the floor this morning, we cleaned it up and then he’s gone and done it AGAIN. We have feliway just to try and we only have 1 that’s in the lounge room and it stopped him from peeing in the lounge but now he’s doing it in our spare bedroom. Do we get another feliway? What do I doooooo
