Son melted my Shiv

So while I was awhile from home for a couple of days, my son got on my pc to play games. I checked my email one day and saw the email saying my cutter was upgrade to Clipper and 105 store credits was used. Then I see another email saying that a pledge was reclaimed $140. When I realized everything I went to go buyback the shiv with the store credit I saw I can’t buyback upgrade ships you only get back the original one. Am I screwed is there anyway I can get this reversed? Or do I have to wait until the shiv is available again?

Edit- I submitted a ticket hopefully they can help me out, this truly is my fault and not my sons. He has autism and sometimes gets impulses on wanted something so he will go after it.
