Son melted my Shiv

QUESTION

So while I was awhile from home for a couple of days, my son got on my pc to play games. I checked my email one day and saw the email saying my cutter was upgrade to Clipper and 105 store credits was used. Then I see another email saying that a pledge was reclaimed $140. When I realized everything I went to go buyback the shiv with the store credit I saw I can’t buyback upgrade ships you only get back the original one. Am I screwed is there anyway I can get this reversed? Or do I have to wait until the shiv is available again?

Edit- I submitted a ticket hopefully they can help me out, this truly is my fault and not my sons. He has autism and sometimes gets impulses on wanted something so h

crashing every time i get into a server

QUESTION

Every time i get into a server i start to move the game crashes. error code 3489660927, is this happening to anyone else? i have verified files restarted my pc and reinstalled the game nothing has worked
