Has anyone else experienced this?

My daughter, 9, lashes out whenever my partner (her dad) and has pretty much since she was 3ish.

It’s getting worse lately but even hugging and kissing she will barge in and say heeeyyyy in a sooky/stroppy tone and say what are you doing, stop, she’s my mum etc.

sometimes it will get to a point of her screaming and crying.

I make a point of telling her I’m ok, I love dad and I love his hugs and kisses, I ask her afterwards why she doesn’t like it and what not but she never says.

It’s like a weird possessive thing that I cannot understand but I’m getting over not being able to touch my fiancé.

We are also on the waitlist to see a paediatrician as we suspect she may be on the spectrum which is a whole other story.
