Need to Vent

I just need to vent. I think I’m experiencing burnout.

Been at this company for 1.5 years - assist CEO, CFO, CHRO, COO, and two presidents. Manage our office, do our marketing, and have been managing our fleet since July. This is my first EA job (marketing background).

Since taking on fleet (0 experience, the person quit) I have been drowning. I have no time to do anything well, everything is half assed, and I keep getting more on my plate. I have tried to express this to my C-Team, but it gets brushed off. “Lean team work hard” is the motto for 2026.

This week, a president called me “incompetent” in a meeting with another coworker and a vendor. Just so pissed, honestly. I’m trying my best, and killing it, but working 24/7. I’m in the office from 7am-5pm daily, working all weekend, and evenings. But nothing I do is good enough for this one person. Just feeling like I can’t win.
