Advice needed for a sub

I haven't done much of this in a while. But I have been back in touch with a domme who is my favourite of all time. I love talking to her and playing with her. But the conversation has stopped. She is waiting for me to send a pic of me naked holding an embarassing sign up.

It seems that if I don't do it the conversation will stop which I don't want. But I am also scared to send it. I am 95% sure that she would never share the photo. But there is always that nagging doubt. By the same token the thought of being that vulnerable is really hot. What would you do?
