How can I get involved?

After what happened today in Minneapolis I feel it's imperative that I take a stand. If not now, when? How can I keep up with ways to get involved? Protests, marches, petitions to government officials, etc? Is there a Facebook group or a centralized place to find this info and keep up with what's happening?
