I have conversations with my deceased grandma in my dreams

I have been dreaming regularly about her, and it almost feels like I go into the dream to update her on how life has been. They're peaceful, vivid and comforting and often in locations connected to her. The first dream I was beside her and we were people watching in silence. I cried beside her, hugging her. In the second dream we had a conversation about how I had dreamed about her which was kind of trippy. It felt like maybe there was a parallel timeline where she was still alive and I was telling her about my dream.

I'm not religious, but I am a spiritual person who believes in some kind of spiritual realm where energies sometimes cling to people, objects, or locations.

Has anyone experienced this and maybe could share what the meaning behind these dreams could be? It's really fascinating
