Do I still have a Uk child trust fund if my parents didn’t choose a provider?

Hi guys, I’m turning 18 in a couple of months and I asked my parents about the Uk child trust fund, my dad said they didn’t choose a bank/provider for me they just ignored the emails, does this mean I don’t have child trust or is it set up automatically? And if so how can I access it when I’m 18? xx
