Crowdsource Best Cruise Line for Us

Thought we would have some fun. I tell you a bit about us and you recommend the best cruise line:

1. We are foodies, particularly good seafood but enjoy a good ribeye or thickly grilled porkchop. We also love Asian including fusion. We do not eat much fried foods.
2. We do drink and like craft cocktails and good quality drier wines. Will drink an occasional beer.
3. We do enjoy the pool in good weather and chatting with folks pool side.
4. We are first wave Gen X with adult children.
5. We are American but travel internationally (all continents except Antarctica so far) and my wife is semifluent in French.
6. Not supper affluent I drive a Dodge RAM she drives a hybrid Honda.
7. We do like to dress up for dinners. I always wear a jacket unless it is in the tropics or subtropics. No problem with black tie.
8. We are both big readers and keep up with current events
9. We enjoy time to ourselves but try to be kind, accepting, and friendly to all.
10. We enjoy shows but are in bed by 11
11. We are not big sports people but do enjoy watching college basketball, pro baseball, and some golf. Regarding activities we enjoy hiking, snorkeling, and visiting ancient antiquities. Also love modern art.
12. More rock n roll, jazz, and blues, than country.
13. We love nature, not into ATVs, ziplines, etc.
14. We do not gamble
15. We do not smoke (anything) and my wife is sensitive to second hand smoke.
