Behavioral change overnight

I have two cats one is 9 and the other is almost 2 they are both spayed and the younger one has been around the older one almost her whole life. Out of nowhere the younger one started hissing and growling at the older one after I filled her food bowl, this escalated into her chasing and trying to fight the older one. I have access to a vet and I can afford it I was just hoping someone could tell me why she changed over night. They’ve always play caught but this is clearly aggressive behavior. Also not sure if relevant information but I had a maintenance guy in my apartment yesterday so maybe the upset her?

TLDR; cat suddenly attacking my other cat after almost two years of being chill with each other.
