Are false negatives a possibility in my situation?

NSFW

Hello,

so I’m a woman and I’ve had unprotected sex twice with the same person in February last year, all 3 places “affected”.

On August I’ve tested for HIV, syphylis and it came back negative.

I’ve never had any symptoms, these were just routine check ups.

Then just 2 weeks ago I did the at-home PCR tests: vaginal, throat and anus swabs for chlamydia, gonorrhoea, mycoplasma and trichomonas vaginalis.

It also came back negative.

This person now unexpectedly contacted me vaguely saying it’s about STIs and we need to talk, to which, because we are not on good terms, I said I tested negative just recently and wished him good luck.

But right now I’m once again scared shitless that maybe my results might be false negatives. Still It’s been almost a year since the exposure and no symptoms ever showed up.

Do I need to retest?
