i keep getting kicked

Im kinda new and im only playing wingman, i tried to play comp and i literally keep getting kicked right at the end of the match. Like whenever i hear my teammates speaking in a language i dont understand i just mute them all because its too distracting.

I played two rounds and i attempted to vote kick a player because he tk me, and the other time someone ASKED to be kicked (idk why) and after both attempts they immediately voted me out (i was at the top of the leaderboard with 8 kills difference). This geniuenly doesnt seem fair and i dont really think im gonna play competetive again.

I only played comp because of this challange but when i get kicked all my round wins get lost. it honestly ruined my day becuase i just wasted like an hour for nothing.

I know this community has a problem but the people that kicked me are literally just throwing out the best player in their team.
