Hallo, ich habe ein iPhone 14 Pro Max abgeholt und auf der Anzeige stand nichts von einem Display Austausch und er hat gemeint der Akku wurde bei Apple ausgetauscht.

Jetzt war weder der Akku Original noch Display und beides war noch einem Monat Kaputt.

Beim Abholen war es nicht zu erkennen das der Display fake war.

Ich konnte beweise das beide Mängel schon vor dem Kauf da waren und in seiner Anzeige wurde keine Gewährleistung ausgeschlossen.

Plan war eigentlich das er das Handy zurück nimmt aber dann ist es mir runtergefallen und das Rückglas ist Gesprungen und dann wollte er es nicht mehr zurücknehmen.

Ich habe über Kleinanzeigen ein iPhone 14 Pro Max für 410€ gekauft. In der Anzeige wurde nichts von einem ausgetauschten Display und es wurde gesagt der Akku ist Original.

Kurz nach dem Kauf sind mir deutliche Displayprobleme aufgefallen, zum Beispiel falsche Farben, Helligkeitsschwankungen und später auch schwarze Punkte. Ich habe den Defekt damals direkt dokumentiert aber ich dachte das wäre normal bei OLED gewesen. Später stellte sich außerdem heraus, dass das Display wohl nicht original ist und der Akku ebenfalls nicht. Der Akku hält kaum 4 Stunden jetzt.

Hey, im Looking for a longterm iem mainly for music, but i’m not sure if raising my budget is worth it.

i originally planned to get the truthear hexa. the main things i’m looking for are clarity, detail, and forward vocals. i’ll be using eq anyway, so the stock tuning isn’t a huge factor for me. (id prefer non bass heavy iems)

my budget right now is around 150€ (instead of 100€ for the hexas). I have my eyes on the simgot supermix 4 but i’d appreciate some more suggestions. thanks.

Im kinda new and im only playing wingman, i tried to play comp and i literally keep getting kicked right at the end of the match. Like whenever i hear my teammates speaking in a language i dont understand i just mute them all because its too distracting.

I played two rounds and i attempted to vote kick a player because he tk me, and the other time someone ASKED to be kicked (idk why) and after both attempts they immediately voted me out (i was at the top of the leaderboard with 8 kills difference). This geniuenly doesnt seem fair and i dont really think im gonna play competetive again.

I only played comp because of this challange but when i get kicked all my round wins get lost. it honest
