Looking for any kind of update on the ongoing Nashville outage

I live in West Nashville (37209). After the ice storm at the end of January, I was without power for nine days. Finally moved back home this week, only to go five days (and counting) without internet service from xfinity/comcast. Impossible to get them on the phone, as they've discontinued "speak to agent" option. They've sent out some vague assurances about the the service being reconnected, even promised dates that have come and gone. It would be good to get some clarity and straight-shooting about what's happening, if anything. Thanks.
