Denied Chase Reserve With a 789 score help

I was denied late last month with a 789 score 278k income for the Chase reserve in branch without any Chase checkings prior. This was only my 2nd hard inquiry. I was pre approved for freedom unlimited prior to applying. I then opened a checkings and investment on the spot with 3k. And following days added another 3k. Application goes to pending so I go back in branch days after to call reconsideration line. The lady was going around stating my credit was too new, mind You I have 20 plus years of credit. She makes a comment the card You want is minimum 10k and You have till February 26 to call back and try again under the original inquiry. I was thinking of having over 13k in all Chase accounts. Any thoughts and ideas?

Currently have capital one venture x at 15k reported less than 9% utilization. 3 months old.

Wells Fargo 6k authorized user 6 months old less than 9% utilization.

Quick silver 3k authorized user 8 months old less than 4% utilization.

I have 2 paid off mortgages in full.

Paid off car in full. Zillow reports my rent of 16 months as well. A few other cards paid in full. Zero lates and no negative items on my report. No Bankruptcy, no foreclosures, no evictions. It is truly upsetting as I have never been denied for a card.
