unprotected sex with random female 15 days ago

hai, im 25 male. i had unprotected sex with a female 15 days ago, she claimed to get tested and be clean. i have been completely fine since then, NOW today i woke up with the need to pee really badly but i had an erection, i decided to pee in a bottle so i wouldnt walk to the bathroom, i bent my penis down hard while trying to pee with an erection to avoid peeing outside the bottle ( i was pushing hard to pee since i was hard and nothing was coming out easy). my urethra started to hurt while forcing myself to pee . i stopped peeing and held my pee instead bc it hurt forcing myself to pee with a hard erection. the erection still didnt go away so i decided to go pee in the toilet and then a small drop of blood came out from my pee. now it hurts to pee, but it only hurts from my urethra, it doesnt burn, it just hurts to pee, no more blood tho, there was no discharge.

do i have an sti? or did i strained my urethra by forcing myself to pee with an erection while bending my penis down? 😓 im too scared to go the doctor , ps i do tend to hold my pee alot, since i drink alot of water. uti?
