bit by a stray cat, should i be worried about infection

23f, live in america, i was feeding a stray cat who looked on the brink of death today, before i was able to put the food down some got on my hand and he started eating it off my hand. he licked and bit my finger as he was eating, and his saliva got all over my hands as he was drooling quite a bit. i am not sure if the bite broke the skin but there are very faint teeth marks and a bit of redness, there is no blood though and i washed my hands about 30 minutes later (i was not close to home so i couldn’t wash my hands immediately) am i at risk for infection? should i go to the doctor or am i alright?
