Possible spell reaction or just coincidence?

Helloooo. I'm new to doing spells n stuff but yesterday I did gentle contact me and love spells on a recent ex (calling her in if the energy is there that we should be in contact). Things were sweet before the breakup. But even though she broke up with me afterwards she blocked me on social media and has I've been told been kinda demonizing me on there, although I don't know what I did. Even after a few weeks of no contact recently she made a kinda dig at me in a story.

She is a witch and does spells but has said she doesnt do revenge spells. She once did a spell to bind us together early on in our relationship and then did a cord cutting when we were still together just to keep the energy better and not unhealthy. Anyway after looking up stuff about when spells work and stuff and maybe fixating too much, I just went into my fridge to put something away and a glass tupperware came flying out and smashed into pieces. It seemed like an unlikely thing to happen given the angle and stuff and there was just a feeling I got immediately that it was her. I'm wondering if this could be a sign of her trying to ward me off or ward off my spells, if this could actually mean my spells are working and she will reach out soon, or if it is just likely a coincidence? Anyone experience this? I put honey and cinammon and stuff in the contact me spell but does this mean there's still angry energy coming from her...I just want her sweetness again
