Neck pain - IIH? Tech neck/posture?

I’ve had neck pain ranging from mild to severe for about the same time period that I’ve noticed other IIH symptoms. However, those years were the same as when I started working more hours in front of a computer. Has anyone here with IIH and potential tech neck/posture problems been able to tease apart where your pain is coming from? I did go to physical therapy but the lady was super intense with unrealistic expectations (work all day standing up even if it hurts!) and wasn’t familiar with IIH so I stopped going.
