questions pre-consultation

hi! i have pcos and i’ve experienced paradoxical hypertrichosis on my face and neck after months of laser. i have an electrolysis consultation on saturday but i’m not very educated. i wanted to ask if there is anything i should beware of? what should i look out for in the clinic? reviews seem good but how do i know it’s a good place when i’m there and would you recommend anything before the session? how are the pain levels? i just want to be ready ahah
