Salem Oregon outage

Internet is down. I went to report it and find out why and see a message that Xfinity is doing work to “upgrade” network in my neighborhood and it will be intermittently out. ZERO previous communication about this. On a business day (I pay for my internet for work which means this is affecting my business). This is horrible customer service from Xfinity.
