(/spoiler) Fez Secret Hunter Update (Nov.13)

For anyone that is still interested in wrapping up the loose ends of Fez, I thought I'd put all the major threads, links and leads we have in one post. There is so much information for this all around the net, so here's a quick linkdump:

First, and most importantly, Gamefaq's Crocadillian has a dropbox that has a ton of information, current to about August this year. If you have any new information not contained in there, add it to the folder and drop an update.

What the Heart Cube was used for / what breaking it does to the game

What the soundtrack puzzle actually unlocks

Whether there is a use for the Skull Artifact

Whether there is anything to be discovered in 3D mode

Whether the Concentric Squares can be used

What an XYZ door is (referenced in the boiler room with the Skull Artifact as well as in the SoundofJW Evernote)

Whether we can discover full evidence of Time Travel Theories in-game

UPDATE - LydianAlchemist, KingofCephalopods et al have shown pretty conclusive proof that the Twin Peaks / The Prisoner links to the release date, which in turn links to the Monolith Solution. If this was the point of the soundtrack puzzle, it'd be great to tick that one off!
