Hi all! This is Toeby! (All black, spelling intentional because he is polydactyl).

I adopted this sweet boy from a rescue in August. He was taken off the street from a feral cat colony at approximately 4 months old, and I adopted him at 6 months old. He is neutered.

I've slowly started to introduce him to adult food and so far he is loving it, and Im not noticing any weight issues. I feed them Nulo kibble (the soaked and baked variety) and Whole Hearted wet food. For treats I use Churus, freeze dried fishies and regular dry treats from Whole Hearted.

Now I have 2 other neutered males, Wally (gray tabby) and Odin (tiger tabby) who are about 5 years old. Wally is very territorial with food and steals, so I feed him in another room. Odin eats slowly, so I have him in another room. Toeby is also territorial, so he gets another room as well.

The issue I am having is he is extremely aggressive with food and always tries to steal from the other cats. Even when I give treats he is clawing and biting myself and the other two cats. Wally I have trained to sit and wait and Im trying to do the same for Toeby but he is a harder case for me. He is also constantly in the sink, trying to get into bags, and licking things off the floor like dust.

I wanted to know if anyone has any tips on what I can do. Overall he is a sweet boy, my other two cats cuddle and play with him, its just the food that's an issue. Am I not feeding him enough? Hes not losing or gaining weight. I know that he obviously was food insecure so that plays a role but I want to try and retrain his brain so he understands he has plenty of access to food.

I appreciate any insight! Pictures included for cat tax.
