Do kittens have softer stool than adult cats?

Hi everyone! I have an 8 month old male kitten who is my whole world. From the moment I adopted him we have been dealing with soft stools that come and go with no apparent reason. He is dewormed and we also have a schedule for it, we have tried different kinds of food and protein base, we have consulted our vet multiple times and they said he just has sensitive digestion. I’m so sad that this keeps happening and I can’t find a reason for it and I don’t know what more I can do. I heard that kittens are more sensitive than adult cats thus the soft stools. Will this change while he grows? Since there is no apparent reason I can’t think of something else. Any advice will be appreciated!
