Cat with signs of blockage but we’re in the middle of a blizzard, what do I do?

My cat is a neutered male, he just turned seven on Valentine’s Day. I noticed today that he is having trouble peeing and it’s bloody. He keeps going to the litter box over and over and only a little bit coming out at a time. He keeps trying to go in random places too. He’s acting normally besides that and not acting in a lot of pain.

I’ve done some research and I’m worried he has a urinary tract blockage and he’s going to die without medical intervention. We’re in the middle of a blizzard (I live in New England) and it won’t be over until tomorrow evening.

Is there something I can do right now? Is there anything I can do to help him without the vet? I’d bring him if I could in a second but they won’t be open. I’m so sorry if this isn’t the right information, I can give more details if you need it.
