I can't function without creatinine now.
I ran out of creatinine for a couple weeks. I procrastinated buying more because I wanted to test how much of a difference it was making. For context, I started taking creatinine last semester using (5-10g/day) for cognition, putting it in my morning coffee. I was already doing great in college, with a perfect GPA; I didn't think it would get better. But creatinine is cheap and I heard good it's a safe, cheap, low hanging fruit for improving performance. While taking 19 credits, I got A's on every exam throughout the semester. I read 15 books and 3 textbooks cover to cover (I didn't realize until I counted them all last night). And started research at a cell & molecular bio lab.
After ~2-3 weeks of cessation: I'm still able to get all my work done but its way harder. More brain fog. Less perceived willpower. And I feel like thoughts come to me slower. Could this all be placebo? tbh, yea probably. But if it is placebo, it sure is a damn good one. I'm hauling my ass over to Costco to buy more. I mean it's like 20 bucks for 120 servings-- what a damn steal.
