Revision sensitivity question

So i’ve been circumcised for more than 20 years now but it was a dorsal slit where there’s still foreskin covering the lower glans and pee hole when flaccid. I’m 1 month post op revision to get a cleaner cut and i’m just wondering if it’s normal to still feel strong sensitivity on that area where it used to be covered. Even my pee hole seems not used to the sensation not being covered flaccid. Is that normal even if it’s just a revision and the glans been already exposed for a very long time before?
