Higher Level Customer Service Reps - Topical Product Gave Me a Rash, Deepened Wound, Taking Antibiotics

I used a Dollarama Medi Care Adhesive Bandage for the 1st time last week. I did not keep the receipt, I've looked everywhere. It was Day 2 or 3 of having burned myself on the oven, and this was the first bandaid I used, I was letting it "air out". I had applied a thin layer of Polysporin beforehand and had the bandage on ~8 hours. When I removed it, the wound has deepened, like it "sank", and where the adhesive had adhered to my skin it was puckered and yellow. And a hard lump where the adhesive had been. My Dr gave me antibiotics because she could feel the warmth emanating from the bump-caused-by-bandaid with her finger. I told Dollarama all this, sent pictures. NOTHING. Not even a Sorry, here's a refund for the $1.75 or whatever it was (I do still have the box). Just a bunch of emails saying: "Thanks for bringing this to our attention!" Do I drop it, or does anyone know how I could reach someone? (I told them they should pull it from shelves, they said they've been selling it since 2011 w no problems.) I want recompense for the antibiotics, the cabs to Dr, the product, and the scarring that will be worse, and the pain. TIA!!
