Cannot connect to Xfinity Hotspot

Hello, I have an Xfinity Mobile hotspot access point (not on my phone) that I cannot connect to. It shows up as "xfinitywifi" and has a decent signal but when I attempt to connect to it, it just times out. I have had this problem before and I believe another rep told me they just need to reboot it. The address is in Philadelphia. I tried to find the exact location but can't find the page that had locations.
