Dulaglutide GLP1? Any recommendations for 40 year old mom !

I’m over 40 and started GLP-1 medications about 4 years ago, beginning with Mounjaro. Around the time I turned 40, I started experiencing severe dizziness and vertigo. It became really concerning, so I stopped.

Later, I tried tirzepatide again for about a month and had significant vomiting. I’ve also tried semaglutide and switched between Mounjaro, semaglutide, and tirzepatide at different points. The last time I was on tirzepatide, I had extreme vomiting and vertigo and ended up hospitalized for two days.

I’ve seen multiple doctors, and they’ve told me there’s nothing medically wrong and that I could still use GLP-1s if needed. But after that experience, I’m honestly scared to try again. Since then, I’ve completely changed my lifestyle —I eat very healthy and stay active.

I wanted to ask if anyone else has experienced severe vertigo and vomiting with GLP-1 medications? Did switching to a different one help at all?

I’ve read dulaglutide may have lower nausea rates (around 8–12%). Has anyone switched to dulaglutide after reacting badly to semaglutide or tirzepatide? Was it any better?
