Waiting on VIN for South Korea

Hi all, this is week 5 of waiting on my VIN. Is this normal or common? I was supposed to start my new job today but I'm still waiting. I'm starting to panic about my school cancelling my contract. I know that it's peak season and that the Lunar New Year also affected processing times, but is it still okay or is my worry justified? Any advice, suggestions, or experience would be appreciated. Please and thank you
