favorited tiktok comments have been erased

i’m aware tiktok was (is still?) having some problems on the mobile app but was removing my favorited comments supposed to be part of it..? it seems the app is pretty much fixed now and all the comments that i’ve marked as favorited have disappeared (they disappeared last night).

when i went to check my favorited comments yesterday, at first it said it wasn’t loading and that there was no internet connection, but then it gave me the little information at the bottom saying that “30 comments have been taken away from your favorites”

i just want to know if there’s any way to recover these comments, do i still wait it out or do i just accept the fact that they’re all gone?
