My cat won’t take pills

My cat (2) was recently prescribed antibiotics from the vet for an infected foot. She will not take the pills! In the morning I put them in her wet food but at night I tried to get her to take them by opening her mouth (like the vet did) but she did not let me and even with another person holding her, she would not let me open her mouth. Ended up crushing it up into her dry food but this isn’t a great long term option. Please help!
