Auto body paint - which local/independent shop or person do you like?

My Tacoma needs a paint job. No damage, it's just old and the clear coat is failing. I'd like to find a local/independent shop or individual with the skills to do a good job. I don't want to waste money, but I'm willing to pay a little more for quality work versus cheapest pricing.

Who have you used, who do you recommend, or who should I avoid?
