Slow Sealing

Hi, I’m 4 weeks in and the dorsal side on my penis is dry no leaking but the skin doesn’t look connected it’s like a trench between the incision. Is it a good idea to use Vaseline for the first time get some moisture and hopefully some skin will cross that trench in between?

Also does penis sensitivity increase sexually after a certain amount of time, I tried just rubbing the tip as I was frustrated but couldn’t get close to a finish?
