Hunt for the Great Paper Cutter

Hey hey hey. I’ve got a roll of removable wallpaper that I need to make very straight cuts of. It’s about 16in wide. I know Fed Ex office has a big paper cutter, but I’d assume it’s only for people who print there. Does anyone else know of a large paper cutter anywhere in town that I may be able use?
