What does a CSF leak feel like?

I’m currently in the process of getting diagnosed. I’m helping my parents move to a new house, and i’ve been doing a lot of heavy lifting, bending, etc..

In the the past few days, (but even more so today,) my neck has been really stiff, my vision has been fuzzy/snowy, and my visual symptoms like floaters, blind spots, and tons of black specks have been a lot worse. but because i’ve been doing so much work, i just passed it off as exhaustion. today, though, almost every time i bend over, a bunch of clear fluid starts dripping from my nose. my dad keeps saying it’s just my sinuses opening up in the new environment, but it’s so much more than any amount of snot i’ve ever had unless i’m sick. (gross, i know.) I’ve never had a csf leak before, so i don’t have anything to compare it to, and i dont want to make it into something it’s not. so, those who have had/consistently have CSF leaks, are there any telltale signs, or does this sound familiar? i don’t want to be dramatic, but if that’s what it is, i want to make sure i tell my doctor to keep her in the loop.
