Huion K20 issues (Fedora KDE 43)

making this post here cause i found this reddit post which was made here, not sure if anyone would be able to help with this

recently switched over to linux (Fedora 43 KDE) on my PC that i use for drawing, i have a Huion Kamvas Pro 19 with a K20 Keydial mini, the tablet works great without having to do much config at all, but the K20 is where i've hit a snag

according to that post and the documentation i read, once everything is configured correctly, the device should show up under KDE settings where you can set keybindings and such, but even after i confirmed everything was being recognized and received correctly on my system from the K20, i still didn't see anything under KDE settings for the K20

not sure if im doing something wrong or if theres any other tips that people might have on getting this setup correctly under KDE, thanks in advance for any help with this!
