is oro seta owned by the BNTO people?

I like this one oro seta dress i have rented, but when i look it up i only see it on bnto or viavia, which is kind of sus. i just feel like it's kind of expensive for a dress and wanted to see the pricing elsewhere, but it seems to not exist.

has anyone else noticed this?
