I am a complete Newbie and something is wrong. Kobra X unboxed today.

I unpacked and set up my Kobra X today.

All went well. Calibration went well. Then I printed a benchy and halfway up the cabin something happened with the printbed. Giant layer shift and it rattled from then on. Next print was totally dirty, not even and it rattled the whole time. It looks like I can lift the bed up. See video. I cut together On board camera and phone while printing and when turned off me manually being able to rattle the bed.

Easy fix or return due to defect?
