Disney Plus Hulu subscription

I am on the NOW plan. Peacock is active, but the Disney+ activation button is missing from my portal. I need a manual re-provisioning of my streaming entitlements.

I have spent hours on the phone trying to fix this and have talked to at least 7 people each giving me a different solution. This is totally ridiculous for something as simple as a streaming service offer. I get offers for other companies like Walmart and have never had an issue with subscribing to a service.
