World Cup rentals

Hey, I own a 3 bed 2.5 bed condo with outdoor space and indoor parking in Jersey city and the current lease expires next month. I’m considering finding a new long term tenant vs furnishing and putting it up for short term rental given the world. Anybody has experience with this? Do you know if there are demand for such properties.
