Proposal Photographer rec + place to propose

Hi all,

Does anyone have any recommended photographers based in HoChiMinh City that speak English? I am traveling there soon and am looking for a photographer to catch my proposal.

Also, I've looked at some places, but was wondering if there are any private + potentially close to a body of water places to propose around Ho Chi Minh?
